Go easy on you. When things go wrong, remind yourself it’s your first time through this life. Now go have a great weekend ya goof.

Is when I can follow someone younger than me on tumblr and expect some really amazing, deep words of wisdom. It gives me hope for a brighter future. I’m going off to college soon, and I feel a lot safer knowing that these younger people will handle the high school world for now. I only pray it continues to be that way.

“A picture’s worth a thousand words .”
Y’know, I never really understand all the hate on some of the really good street artists out there. Not even just street artists, but people aspiring to be artists. I’m getting sick of people basically saying shit like, “Oh, you’re an artist? Well, your future is fucked.” I honestly want to slap them upside their head. Who are you to tell someone they can’t make a good future for themselves with what they’re good at? It’s like telling your kid, “Don’t follow your dreams. That’s bull. You know, there’s a limit to how much you live.” And I am damn tired of having people look down on my sister for wanting to become an artist major, thinking that she’s just like “everyone else.” “Oh, she’s not going to make it, just look at everyone else taking up art. They have nothing.” Fuck you. You don’t know what it’s like or even HOW you can throw life onto a page like she does. That’s the beauty of art. Sometime’s it’s just more beautiful than what’s real. It’s so much more than nothing. And to be able to create something like that yourself is definitely worth giving your all.
That was definitely inspiring. Kudos to you and your sister! Maybe I’ll see her in the art world next year!
